Introduction

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Curl Jar FZC, trading as Curl Jar UAE, the owner and operator of www.curljar.ae (the "Website"). Please read them carefully, as they affect your legal rights. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Website.

In these terms, User means anyone who accesses the Website other than people employed or engaged by Curl Jar FZC acting in that capacity.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and place orders. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Orders and prices

  • All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities per customer and decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
  • We take care to show our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images on screen.

Returns and refunds

Please read the label and the How to Apply guidance before use. If you have a known sensitivity to any ingredient, check the full ingredient list first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

You may retrieve, display and view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can't be limited or excluded under UAE law, including your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

We're not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:

  • any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, goodwill or business opportunities;
  • loss or corruption of any data or software;
  • any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

General

  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours where we reasonably believe your rights won't be affected.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms apply from the date they're published on this page, and the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
  • These terms, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us about their subject matter.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Any delay in enforcing a right doesn't waive it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
