All orders are shipped from the UAE with Aramex, fully tracked.
United Arab Emirates
Aramex next-day delivery: AED 25
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- We aim for delivery the day after dispatch, but delays within the Aramex network can happen and late delivery can't be refunded.
GCC
Aramex Express International, usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Duties and taxes: GCC orders are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Any import duties, VAT or clearance charges set by the destination country's customs are paid by the recipient on delivery. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, the return cost may be deducted from any refund.
Tracking and delivery problems
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, as Aramex may call to arrange delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the times above, email uae@curljar.com with your order number and we'll chase it with Aramex. See our Refund policy for damaged or wrong items.
